Provenance & Quality

We of course chose the well renowned egg producer CackleBean. Being famous for their high quality dark orange yolk as well as being just 20 minute up the road from us - the perfect premium local ingredient for our Scotch Eggs!

And for the protein, we source all of this from our highly respected local butchers Cutler & Cashin. Known for their quality and operating in the same village as us made this the best choice for Cegg.

Last but not least, we pick up our artisan sourdough loaves from Sourdough Revolution also in Lechlade. Known as a Cotswolds gem and local favourite it couldn't be more suited to both our brand and mission!
